Role Overview:

The Sales Specialist will act as a primary contact point for all Local Click prospects, handling both inbound and outbound calls. This role involves qualifying leads, setting appointments, and closing business over the phone and via email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads and set appointments, acting as the first point of contact for all prospects.
  • Consistently meet or exceed call, appointment, and sales targets.
  • Effectively communicate with prospects, ensuring follow-ups and appointment confirmations.
  • Serve as a client liaison during the online purchase process as required.
  • Report on KPIs daily and weekly.
  • Ensure all communications are logged in our CRM; if it’s not logged, it didn’t happen.
  • Demonstrate interest and understanding of our target markets, verticals, and location-specific terminology.

  • 2+ years of telemarketing experience.
  • Experience in selling B2B products and services.
  • Familiarity with phone dialers and CRMs, with PowerDialer and Salesforce experience being a bonus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A self-driven, ambitious, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to effectively follow scripts, accept feedback, and adapt based on coaching.

This is a commission-only position. Based on our current rates and past performance of our sales specialists, the estimated earnings range from $40,000 to $80,000 annually. However, your earnings are directly tied to your effort and results, offering an unlimited ceiling for those who excel. With our competitive commission rates, the right candidates have the opportunity to achieve excellent earnings.
